Affiliate Agreement

Affiliates agree to promote Ha Ha AI Studio professionally, honestly, and lawfully. Affiliates are responsible for following their local laws, tax requirements, and advertising rules. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate account for misleading, inappropriate, or unauthorized promotions.

Refund Policy

Because all AI photos are custom-made, sales are final once work begins. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Terms & Conditions Agreement

By checking this box and proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If the person in the submitted photo is under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained explicit permission from the parent or legal guardian to submit the photo and place this order.

No Celebrity or Public Figure Affiliation

You confirm that the submitted photos do not depict celebrities, public figures, copyrighted characters, or individuals whose likeness may violate intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights without proper authorization.

Photo Usage Permission

You confirm that you own the rights to the photos you upload, or have full permission from the rightful owner(s) and any identifiable individuals in the images to use, edit, and process them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

AI Generated Content Disclaimer

This service uses artificial intelligence and digital enhancement tools to create or modify images. AI-generated results may vary in style, likeness, composition, and interpretation. Final outputs may not exactly match expectations, original images, or requested concepts.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is within 48 hours from the time your order and all required files are successfully received and confirmed. Delivery times may vary due to incomplete submissions, technical issues, revision requests, weekends, holidays, or high order volume.

File Storage & Deletion

Uploaded files and completed project files may be temporarily stored for production and support purposes. Files may be deleted after delivery or after a reasonable storage period without notice. Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their final delivered files.

Results May Vary

Because each uploaded image, photo quality, prompt, and AI interpretation is unique, final results may vary. We do not guarantee exact facial likeness, exact artistic interpretation, or identical replication of sample images.

Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Photos

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos are clear, usable, accurate, and meet submission requirements. Low-quality, blurry, obstructed, poorly lit, or unsuitable images may negatively impact the final result.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any request that is inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, infringing, unsafe, technically unfeasible, or outside the scope of our services.

Revision Policy

Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision for minor adjustments within the original scope of the request. Additional revisions, major creative changes, or new requests may require an additional fee or a new order.

Refund & Digital Product Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of this service, all sales are final once work has begun or digital files have been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for completed custom work, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, or failure to review these terms before purchase. Unauthorized chargebacks for properly delivered services may be disputed with supporting order records and delivery confirmation.
